If it has been at least 3 months since your home was last professional cleaned, we recommend our Top to Bottom Deluxe Cleaning that focuses on the hard to get areas to get your house sparkling again. Our General Cleaning is great if your home needs some TLC, but has previously been professional cleaned within the last 3 months.

Note: Items to be cleaned must be reachable with a 2-step ladder. We clean items in place to reduce risk of breakage. We do not move furniture.

Priority Cleaning

The Priority Cleaning service has a 3 hour minimum. Provide us with a priority to-do list and we clean everything we can within the chosen time-frame.  Popular options include surface cleaning, light dusting and a quick run through of the bathrooms and kitchen.

Move In/Out Cleaning

Moving can be stressful with a to-do list a mile long.  Let Green Diamond Clean help you make the process easier with our Move In/Move Out Cleaning Service.  This service is offered when your home is completely empty of all furnishing, trash and belongings.

Vacation Rental Cleaning

Our Short-Term Rental Cleanings provide a quick turnover, hotel standard clean so you can get your AirBNB, VRBO or short-term vacation rental ready to host your next guests. We conduct a modified version of our General Cleaning Service while also noting and reporting any damage, cleaning out the refrigerator and replenishing supplies (owner supplied).  We also make sure to turn off all lights and adjust the thermostat for additional savings.
